See Kai Run Review and Giveaway X3!

by

Like most women, I love shoes and shoe shopping. I love shoe shopping for my kids almost as much but with amazing shoe companies like See Kai Run, it is easy to let your child’s shoe collection to surpass yours.

See Kai Run makes amazing shoes for kids! These unique shoes are made with leather and are extremely flexible ofr little growing feet. See Kai Run’s footwear meets the American Podiatric Medical Association’s rigorous standards for foot health and functionality and has been awarded the APMA’s prestigious Seal of Acceptance.
Not only are they comfortable but they are very hip and are always coming out with new, great styles.

See Kai Run makes a great boot for girls called the Julie boot in pink (limited edition) and brown. The Julie boot can be purchased with the breathable leather lining or cozy faux-fur lining. The zipper is on the inner side of the foot, which I think helps keep the zipper protected. See Kai Run also makes great looking boy shoes, like the Paul shoes which are so stylish.
You will be impressed with the selection, and once you make a purchase you will be impressed with the quality of customer service and product you receive.
I have reviewed shoes from their sister company, Eleven and I was hooked, the only thing wrong with these shoes is that they do not come in my size!

Have I convinced you that See Kai Run shoes are the shoe choice for your kids? I know you will love them as much as we do.
Right now there is a great sale going on and FREE shipping until December 31!

See Kai Run is giving Reviewing Baby Gear readers a chance to win a pair of these amazing shoes.
The shoes that can be won are the ones I have reviewed:
Julie boot in limited edition pink (size 5)
Julie boot in brown (size 8)
Paul shoes in blue (size 7)

To win, go check out See Kai Run and tell me what other shoe you would love for your little one AND which pair of shoes you would like to win. This contest is open to all readers living in the Continental United States.
The contest ends December 31, 2008 at 11:59 est.

For an extra entry twitter or post about this contest and leave another comment with the link.

  7. Ggirl Says:

Although I couldn’t agree more that these shoes are super cute and amazing - I am surprised at the success you had with the Julie. Did you actually test these?

Well, I have (or at least my kids) have tested many of these. I totally loved the pink Julie, until about 10 seconds in when my daughter crawled on the floor (indoors) and the pink leather was so easily worn away (I would guess the brown wouldn’t have this problem). After spending $40, I almost wanted to cry.

Here are some notes on the See Kai Run shoes. The shoes ROCK - the boots, not so much. It is hard to be sure your child’s foot is all the way inside the boot(maybe this wouldn’t apply to bigger sizes). So, my son found his boots (size 5) uncomfortable, and well, my daughter’s boots (size 3) kept falling off. Ours now sit it the closet, unworn. I don’t recommend buying the boots.

That being said, the shoes are great - for both boys and girls, and especially for wide feet. The velcro makes the shoes a breeze to put on (plus, it opens pretty far to make sure you get that foot in the shoe) and the rubber sole makes me feels pretty secure with an early walker. I have had great success with a pair similar to the Melody for girls, and the Oliver for boys.

Another note is that they make two styles, let’s call one regular and one outside stitching - notice the difference between the Boden and the Larkin, or the Lola and the Melody. I personally liked the traditional style (Boden) for my son, and the outside stitched style (Melody) for my daughter. If you end up not liking one style, I recommend trying the other as they are pretty different on the foot. Also, if your child is still crawling, the outside stitching ones won’t get as ruined as my poor Julie.

I would love to win the Paul - and I hope your readers find this helpful.

  8. Laura Says:

I’d love to win the Paul shoe for my nephew. My youngest loves this brand of shoe and happily wears them, so I can tell they’re comfortable. She’d love the Hannah shoe (since that’s her name), and I also love the Clara shoe.

  9. Erinn Says:

Ggirl, with teh boots I noticed on my crawler that a little of the suede came off with traction. Not the color, but the leather wore a little which has been my case with whatever shoes I put on my kids.

    They really are great shoes.

  10. Sharon Says:
