PopATot Review and Giveaway!

by

My baby is 8 months old and when we go visiting our family and friends we have to bring a flurry of things for my baby to do or sit in. We end up bringing a blanket for the floor, toys, something for him to sit in to eat, by the time we are ready to leave there is no room in the car for us! The PopATot by Kiddy Creations is one of those ” I wish I thought of that” inventions.

The PopATot is a PVC-free activity center supported by a folding steel tubing frame, much like a camp chair. Think of it as a stationary activity saucer. It measures 27″x27″x24″ and collapses into a shoulder bag that is VERY slim, 5 inches wide and 36 inches long! You can open it with one hand, then you place your 6 to 18 month old (up to 33lbs) in the center seat. You can attach toys to five loops on the top using standard plastic baby rings (a pack of rings comes with the PopATot!). There are even two sippy cup holders.
The floor of the PopATot is removable and machine washable and the top you will need to spot wash.

This was a delight to review. It is fun, easy to set up and close up, very compact to store and perfect for when we travel. I love the PopATot for family vacations, visiting, the beach, camping or for the backyard. We will use ours this Thanksgiving at my sister in law’s house.
It is regulary priced at $59.99 but if you purchase now through the end of the year, you pay only $49.99!

This is one of my new favorite baby gear must haves and I think it is perfect for new moms, baby shower gifts, outdoor lovers and anyone with a small child!
Expecting moms can register for the PopATot at myregistry.com.

WIN IT! One lucky reviewing Baby Gear reader will win a PopATot! To win this fatastic prize tell me why you need a PopATot or who in your life needs one and why.

I wish I would have had one of these a couple weeks ago! On our recent trip to Texas I think half the car was packed full of baby stuff. There wasn’t room to pack a chair of any kind for her so the entire time I was worried about her big cousins landing on her while they were playing. I can think of so many times this could be useful!

  2. jenna Says:

I would like to get this for my niece. They always have to do a lot of traveling during the holidays to places that are not necessarily kid friendly. This would be so helpful. Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. Stacy Says:

My son is a handful and this would be great.

  4. Kerry Says:

I would love to have this for my son. Over the holidays we will be traveling across a few states and staying in hotel rooms. I would love to have this to put him in to help keep him from crawling around on the hotel carpets!

  5. Amy Huang Says:

This would be awesome for my parent’s house since they now have several grandchildren coming in and out.

  6. Tammy Uu Says:

This would be great for my 9 month old monkey boy that is always on the go! This will be great for grandma’s house, beach and camping!

We so need this! Since we are military we travel home to see family as often as we can. By the time that we have our daughters jumperoo, bouncy and what ever else in the car you can’t see out the back glass. This would be so very useful for us!

  10. Melanie B Says:

I would need this for my next baby! I don’t live close to my friends and family so when I visit them a half hour away I need to take a ton of stuff with me. This would help immensely to reduce the amount of stuff I would need to take

  11. Jennifer S. Says:

I’d like to win this for a friend who had a baby this summer. She’ll be just old enough to use it when she comes to visit me and then I can send it home with them. So much easier than carrying around an exersaucer!

  12. Melissa Says:

This would be great for the parent room at my older daughter’s elementary school. Many of us like to volunteer our time but it is difficult to do certain tasks like photocopying, laminating, cutting with a young child in hand. I often end up carrying my 14 month old with me to the school (PS 84 in Manhattan) to avoid taking the stroller up and down the subway steps. When I get to school I spend too much time chasing 14 month around and not able to help. The fold-away element would allow the baby entertainment center to be out of the way when not in use. How brilliant!

  13. clenna in NH Says:

My grand daughter needs one of these activity sets. She is 9 months old and goes to her big brothers games - soccer and hockey. She needs a toy that is easy to carry and is lots of fun to play with.

  14. rahime Says:

My niece Calia needs one…she’s 8 months old she visits her grandparents and aunts and uncles a lot. What a great idea!

  15. suek Says:

    need for my neice :)

  16. Jean D. Says:

My little dolly niece is the baby of five (a yours-mine-and-ours family). With three big sisters and a big brother, she needs her own space. Oh. And did I mention the dog?

  17. Carolyn Says:

MY good friend just had a baby and he would love this!! THanks for the contest.
