Green Diapering

We are all aware how terrible disposable diapers are for the environment. I mean they sit in landfills and do they ever break down? I would love to be able to never use disposable diapers again but the alternative, cloth diapering, seems such a daunting task.
Maybe there is an answer though, gdiapers.
Gdiapers consist of a washable, cotton outer pant and a plastic free flushable refill. They are made of breathable material so babies stay dry and are less likely to get a diaper rash.
When the baby is wet or dirty, take the lining out, flush it, throw it out (it has no plastic so you can) or garden compost the wet diapers, they will break down in 50-150 days. Cloth inserts also work with the gdiapers.
The gdiaper fits snug but with a comfy elastic waistband, has no elemental chlorine, no perfumes, no latex and is machine washable.
They have a starter pack on the website as well as a great choice of colors for the gdiaper.
Has anyone tried these and do they work well?
